Shoshannah’s homeopathic remedies are like a constant warm hug and there is such a variety of them! It’s incredible how she knows exactly which ones suit each individual. They are light, loving, smell incredible and stop you in your busy tracks for a moment to yourself. I had specific remedies that I stuck to because I responded so well to them. These were a liquid remedy for hormonal balance/emotional support which I took daily and kept by my side. This remedy kept me feeling calm, grounded and soft. The other remedies were a selection of small dissolvable balls that were different strengths and were there for me if I did in fact walk down the forest path. They helped to bring me back to me, to centre me. I didn’t need to take these often but when I did, they worked wonders and I was able to see that I simply walked down the path and that’s ok. I’ve learnt that by walking down that familiar forest path (intrusive thoughts and beliefs) it actually helps you to recognise it more if it arises and through that recognition you have a choice on whether or not to walk down it, rather than it looking hazy and blurred with other forest paths and you find yourself stuck and overwhelmed.
