Shoshannah works holistically with mind, body, nervous system, and relationships—addressing root causes, not just symptoms.

Expertise in Complex
& Chronic Patterns

Specialises in anxiety, trauma, chronic health issues, nervous system sensitivity, and family/relationship dynamics—especially when standard methods haven’t worked.

Integrated,
Lasting Change

Combines therapy, mindscaping, genetics, and natural medicine to create lasting transformation, focusing on prevention, resilience, and deep understanding—not quick fixes.

When a child or young person is neurodivergent, the entire family system begins to reorganise itself around their needs -often without anyone noticing. Patterns emerge: certain members over-function, others withdraw, communication becomes strained, emotions run high, and relationships begin to feel fragile or reactive. Not because anyone has done anything wrong, but because everyone is trying their best in ways that are simply unsustainable.

My work with families navigating neurodiversity is grounded in deep understanding, compassion and clarity. I hold a calm, steady space where each voice can be heard without judgement. Together we begin to explore what has been inherited, what has been learned, and what has been shaped by years of trying to cope. I help families see how behaviour makes sense, how nervous systems communicate, and how each member carries their own story, fears and adaptations.

This is not about fixing a child. It is about strengthening the whole system so the child no longer has to carry the emotional weight of the household. We look at communication patterns, unspoken expectations, sensory and emotional overwhelm, burnout, parental differences, sibling dynamics and the invisible burdens everyone has been holding.

My approach is warm, clear and deeply supportive. I help families create safety, boundaries, structure and connection — the four pillars neurodivergent children need to thrive. When everyone understands their role, their impact and their needs, the home becomes calmer, more predictable and less reactive. And in that space, the child’s true self can emerge.

This work is gentle, collaborative and transformative. Together we rebuild what life has frayed, and create a family environment where everyone can breathe again.

About Shoshannah

Hi, my name is Shoshannah Phoenix. I work with individuals, couples, and families, especially where things feel complicated, tangled, or hard to make sense of.

My work uniquely blends talking therapy, my own mindscaping, functional medicine, cutting edge genetic testing, and natural holistic solutions to whatever ails you. I help people understand how their nervous system, body, thoughts, emotions, and relationships are connected - and how these patterns shape health, behaviour, and connection over time.

Many of the people I work with have complex or long-standing challenges. They may be living with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, OCD, trauma, chronic stress, complex health issues, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, or patterns that seem to repeat across generations. Rather than looking at one piece in isolation, I work with the whole picture.

This is gentle, collaborative work. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, working with your system rather than pushing it. Whether we are working one-to-one or with couples and families, my role is to help you understand yourself more clearly, feel more regulated and supported, and find a way forward that truly fits you.

I am right here… how can I help you?
