Anxiety and low mood are often signs that the system is overwhelmed, under-supported, or carrying emotional stories that have never been heard. Rather than treating these experiences as disorders or symptoms to suppress, we explore what they are trying to communicate. Anxiety might be signalling unmet needs, perfectionism, old fears, or a nervous system locked in high alert. Depression may reflect exhaustion, emotional suppression, grief, internalised expectations, or a loss of direction. Together, we unravel these signals with care, clarity and intelligence.

In our work together, we explore the deeper layers beneath anxious or depressive states - your beliefs, internal narratives, emotional patterns, protective strategies, and the developmental or relational experiences that shaped them. We look at the interplay between mind, body and nervous system, recognising how stress, trauma, inflammation, sleep, relationships and self-worth contribute to how you feel day to day. This process brings understanding, relief and long-awaited coherence.

I draw on Transactional Analysis, CBT, Gestalt, NLP, mindfulness, emotional mapping, the genetic pathways of your nervous system, neuroscience and intuitive tuning-in to support you. These tools help us identify recurring cycles, soften fear-based responses, regulate your nervous system and create new pathways that feel grounded and empowering. Where appropriate, homeopathy, plant spirit medicine and functional medicine insights provide additional support for mood, sleep, energy and emotional stability.

This work is not about eliminating feelings, but helping you to express them as well as supporting you build a relationship with yourself that feels safe, steady and compassionate. My work uniquely blends talking therapy, my own mindscaping, functional medicine, cutting edge genetic testing, and natural holistic solutions to whatever ails you. Many of the people I work with have complex or long-standing challenges. They may be living with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, OCD, trauma, chronic stress, complex health issues, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, or patterns that seem to repeat across generations. Rather than looking at one piece in isolation, I work with the whole picture.

This is gentle, collaborative work. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, working with your system rather than pushing it. Whether we are working one-to-one or with couples and families, my role is to help you understand yourself more clearly, feel more regulated and supported, and find a way forward that truly fits you.
