Anxiety and low mood are often signs that the system is overwhelmed, under-supported, or carrying emotional stories that have never been heard. I draw on Transactional Analysis, CBT, Gestalt, NLP, mindfulness, emotional mapping, the genetic pathways of your nervous system, neuroscience and intuitive tuning-in to support you. These tools help us identify recurring cycles, soften fear-based responses, regulate your nervous system and create new pathways that feel grounded and empowering. Where appropriate, homeopathy, plant spirit medicine and functional medicine insights provide additional support for mood, sleep, energy and emotional stability.
