Planting Mind Seeds: How Words Shape Your Nervous System, Patterns and Emotional Health
Three Little Words | Planting Mind Seeds
There is something very simple about this, and at the same time something that runs far deeper than it first appears. The words we place into our own awareness, even lightly, even playfully, do not just pass through and disappear, they settle somewhere, they begin to take shape, and over time they influence how we think, how we feel, and how we respond to the world around us. When I use these Three Little Words, whether I place them on my forehead, speak them out loud, or just sit with them quietly, I am allowing something to be introduced into the system in a way that can be received rather than resisted.
In my work, this is congruent with the nervous system and the biology that sits underneath our thoughts and behaviours. The way a thought lands, the way it is held or rejected, the way it repeats or fades, all of this is influenced by the state of the system, by past experience, and often by the underlying terrain, including genetics, methylation, and the wider physiological picture. This is why something as simple as a word can either feel meaningless to one person or deeply impactful to another, and why working in a more individualised way matters so much.
What I am doing here is gentle and deliberate, an example of how change can begin without force, without overwhelm, and without the need to push against yourself. A different word, a different focus, a different internal signal, introduced at the right time, can begin to shift patterns that have been in place for years.
If this kind of work resonates, and you are interested in understanding how your own patterns have developed and how to work with them in a way that is aligned with your nervous system and your biology, then this is exactly the space I work within.
